How will my order be shipped and how long should I expect delivery?
-Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of retail orders.
-Wholesale order's delivery times will be specified at time order is placed.

How much is shipping?
-Shipping of retail orders ( 1-3 pairs) is Free for U.S. Domestic Standard Delivery.  For more details, Please see Shipping & Returns

Do you ship Internationally? Which Countries do you ship to?
-International Shipping is Available upon request. We currently offer shipping to Canada for a flat shipping rate of  $12.00.

How do I know which size to order?
-The San Miguel Shoes are typically true to U.S. sizes.  However since these are only offered in whole sizes, we recommend going up to the next full size if you normally wear a half size.  -The fabric is stretch elastic making it comfortable and easy to get on and off.

What are your accepted methods of payment?
-All online payments are processed through paypal.  All major credit cards accepted.

How do I clean my San MIguel Shoes?
-These shoes can be cleaned by lightly scrubbing with a mild soap and water.
